Here at Dekko Window Systems, our extensive range of windows and doors all undergo rigorous testing to comply with industry standards for safety, security, and energy efficiency. By testing our products to meet these strict industry regulations, you can be sure that you comply with the necessary regulations.
In addition to being CE Marked and achieving the Secured by Design status, all products from Dekko Window Systems also meet the requirements of the British Fenestration Rating Council (BFRC) which is a Window Energy Rating (WER) scheme for energy efficiency.
When speaking about the importance of offering energy-efficient products Sales Director, Kurt Greatreax said: “For environmental and economic reasons, the energy efficiency of windows and doors is increasingly important to consumers. The energy rating system is also becoming more widely known and is featured on an increasing number of products, offering consumers information and reassurance. It is therefore only right that we offer energy-efficient products”.
Here’s an overview of the energy efficiency of Dekko’s products.
Infinity products are fabricated from a sealed PVCu unit, combining a multi-chambered uPVC profile alongside a high-performance sealed unit. This creates an energy efficient window system that can achieve A++ superb energy ratings, saving your homeowner customer up to £120 a year on their energy bills.
What’s even better is that the Infinity patented high-performance multifunctional weather seals will ensure that the wind and rain stay where they belong – outside – giving your homeowner customer enhanced comfort in their living space. Download the brochure for more information.
Deceuninck windows and doors can achieve an energy rating of A++, saving your customers up to £120 a year on their energy bills.
To enhance the energy insulation further – especially as 40% of heat loss in the home occurs through single glazing – these products can be double or triple glazed and are compatible with a range of durable and attractive hardware for extra personalisation. Deceuninck and Infinity products are relatively similar in terms of energy efficiency, the main difference being Infinity’s seamless timber-style corner joint feature.
With thermally broken aluminium profiles and the ability to achieve impressive U-values as low as 1.1 W/m2k and superior A+ rated performance, Raum aluminium doors and windows can achieve industry-industry thermal performance whilst saving you up to £120 a year on your energy bills.
Combine this with high-performance glazing and your homeowner customers can have the peace of mind that these aluminium doors and windows will keep their house at an optimal temperature all year round. Download the brochure for more information.
With 2, 7, and 9 chambered frames, windows, and doors from the Residence Collection are designed to reduce the rate of heat loss through the frames.
All Residence Collection windows and doors are made with multi-chambered profiles. They provide excellent levels of energy efficiency and can achieve impressive U-values of 0.7 W/m2k and achieve A++ energy ratings, saving your homeowner customers up to £120 a year on their energy bills. All composite doors from Solidor include energy efficiency Pilkington K Glass. This means that it has the capabilities to reflect heat back into a room whilst also letting in heat from the sun, also known as passive solar gain.
These types of doors made include a thermally efficient solid timber core and robust through colour thermoplastic skins that are designed to retain heat and keep cold air out. Download the brochure for more information.
