Market-leading bi-fold adds to Dekko’s luxury aluminium suite

Dekko has added the Decalu88 bi-fold door to its Räum range of luxury aluminium products, ensuring customers have access to the latest market-leading offerings.

What is the Decalu88 bi-fold?

The Decalu88 bi-fold is a contemporary 88mm thermally efficient system that delivers industry-leading u-values of as low as 1.4W/m²k when double-glazed and 0.68W/m²k when triple-glazed, making it both Part L and Future Homes ready for 2025.

It also uses a co-extruded, pre-inserted gasket designed to significantly reduce the amount of glazing time required per unit, and dramatically speed up installation as a result, saving installers up to two hours on site.

These gaskets are also backed with rigid PVCu, helping reduce shrinkage.

The Decalu88 features minimal sightlines for a premium aesthetic, and with each sash able to accommodate weights of 200kg and up to 3m in height, the bi-fold also offers impressive design flexibility, while guaranteeing ultra-smooth running.

Last year, Dekko opened a new 25,000 square foot factory dedicated to the production of Räum, significantly increasing manufacturing capacity of the range.

Decalu88 joins Räum’s aluminium patio doors, windows and entrance doors, all of which offer sleek sightlines and first-class thermal performance.
