Gavin Balouza joins fast growing fabricator

Fast growing trade fabricator, Lancashire based Dekko Window Systems, has strengthened its sales team with the appointment of experienced window industry sales professional Gavin Balouza.

Gavin, who has worked in the window industry for over 30 years, will be responsible for promoting Dekko’s wide product range, including the ever-popular Residence 9, to trade customers throughout the South West.

Gavin describes his first impressions upon joining: “One of the first things that struck me about Dekko was the incredible professionalism that runs throughout the entire company. Everyone from the office staff to the fabricators, delivery drivers and customer-facing staff are all so passionate and committed to delivering great products and service it’s no surprise the company has grown at such a phenomenal rate.

Gavin continues: “Aside from manufacturing market leading systems such as Residence 9, Deceuninck and Kommerling; I was very pleased to see that Dekko specify what I call the ‘Rolls Royce’ of hardware brands, such as Yale and Maco, as these are superior quality and are popular with installers and homeowners alike. It’s exciting to be part of such an ambitious, quality focussed company and I’m looking forward to meeting customers and promoting this excellent product range.”
