Dekko celebrates milestone 15 year anniversary

Dekko Window Systems is this year celebrating its 15th anniversary, marking an important milestone for the leading trade fabricator.

Opening its doors in February 2008, the company was established as a uPVC fabricator serving installers with high-quality windows and doors.

By 2013, Dekko had taken on fabrication of Residence Collection windows and doors, becoming the only UK fabricator to have dedicated manufacturing space for the new and upcoming timber-effect uPVC brand.

After seeing continued success, in 2015, Dekko opened a new state-of-the-art 55,000 square foot factory in order to increase production and capacity, and that same year, expanded into the aluminium market with the launch of Räum, a premium range of windows, bi-folds and sliding patio doors, all boasting sophisticated slimline frames and optimum performance.

The following year, the company launched Infinity, its unique and market-leading uPVC range of windows and doors, recognisable by their timber-like corner joints and smooth clean lines.

2022 saw a big development for Dekko, with the company selling 70% of its share to leading European window group Inwido, a financial backing that has set up the business for new product investment, increased production, and general growth.

The start of 2023 then saw another milestone development, with Dekko officially launching the world’s first fully seamless window, thanks to a multi-million pound exclusivity agreement with machinery expert Haffner.

Sales Director Kurt Greatrex comments: “Dekko has a long and rich history, and to reach 15 years is an incredible milestone for the company. During this time, we’ve grown from being a standard uPVC fabricator to one of the UK’s leading aluminium and uPVC manufacturers with a total production space of 80,000 square feet, and an annual turnover of over £24 million.

“Today, we’ve also achieved a very successful partnership with Kubu, allowing us to incorporate their smart security locks into many of our front door offerings. We have also expanded our Räum range with market-leading products, and are proud to be the UK’s largest Residence Collection fabricator.
