That’s why we’re thrilled to announce that nine of our employees have recently become 6S Area Champions following extensive training.

What is 6S?

The 6S method is a powerful workplace improvement process that helps us maintain a productive and safe environment. It’s all about taking ownership of our workspace and implementing small, continuous improvements that add up to a big difference.

What are the 6 steps of the 6S method?

• Seiri (Sort): We declutter our work areas, removing unnecessary items and creating space for what truly matters.
• Seiton (Set in order): Everything has its place, organised for easy access and efficiency.
• Seiso (Shine): We clean and maintain our workspaces, fostering a sense of pride and identifying potential issues.
• Seiketsu (Standardise): Consistent practices and procedures become the norm, ensuring smooth operation and easy adaptation.
• Shitsuke (Sustain): Continuous improvement is key! We make 6S a habit, constantly evolving and optimising our processes.
• Safety: Woven throughout the entire process, safety is paramount. We identify and address hazards to create a secure and healthy work environment.
